Important booking information
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay, please familiarise yourself with the following key details before booking.
- Check-in: From 4:00 PM on your arrival day.
- Check-out: By 10:00 AM on your departure day.
- Minimum stay: A minimum of 3 nights applies to all bookings. During peak season, this may increase to 7 nights.
- Pet policy: Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets at this time.
- Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
- Balance payment: The remaining balance is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival date.
- Cancellation policy: Cancellations made within 8 weeks of arrival will incur the full booking charge.
- Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the caravan.
